Yes, the controls should work with iTunes. You shouldn't have to make any adjustments to iTunes or have any software running in the background. If its not working, then start Dell's Quickset and try again(under start-->programs).

    Hope this helps,

I frogot to add this, I can control iTunes when it is the window open, but I cannot control it in the background like Windows media player and Dell Jukebox. Is there a way to control iTunes when it is in the background? (Quickset is running)

I've tried searching on the web for an answer, and it seems to be a common complaint with Dell users with no solution suggested. The only thing I can suggest is to switch between iTunes and your other windows by using tab+alt. Once you have iTunes selected, then you can use the media controls. I know that sounds like alot of work, but if you don't like using your mouse like me, then it is easier.

I had to adjust my setting on Winamp in order to use the controls (under options-->preferences-->global hotkeys). If you can find a setting similar to that then it would work, but I haven't found one on iTunes.

    Sorry,
