    def use the online chat.. wow so much easier, i ended up with the 50$ as promised in the first place and it was so easy.. heck it sounded like he would give me anything i asked for.. i asked for 50$ that they added and then removed and he said okay, hold on....

    came back and i ended up with 100$ total credit now instead!! he said i apologize for the problems i hope this takes care of it..

    Doesn't work in Canada, sadly. They just don't budge no matter what you say to them.

    im suprised dont you guys get the same reps from india that we get, i find the us ones dont budge at all.. the india reps for almost all companies i call usually give you what you want ... lol

    Did I hear that Canadian dell doesnt compensate or give discounts at all??

    I responded to a thread awhile back....that may express a diff view.


    Here....Ive included the thread. If you find my advice (as Canadian as it may be lol) helpful, just Rep me... I still havent figured out what all the Rep Points are for though. Do I get a free toaster oven at 100?
