    can anyone tell me where I can find the windows vista sidebar gadgets that came with my dell m1530?

    Specificaly the weather gadget.

    ive looked all over and i thought i found it but it ended up being a google gadget :/

    If its not in your gadget setup you'll have to down load it/them.
    Load your sidebar click onto the + at the top make sure your online, once your sidebar explorer opens there should be a link near the bottom get more gadgets something to this effect.
    Once your on the site just download and safe to HDD just incase you need them later and install there are many to choose from good luck.

    hmm.... does anyone else with a m1530 notice that after a clean instll the "cool" gadgets that came pre-loaded on the system are no longer available?

    ive looked everywhere and although I have found many weather gadgets, none are nearly as "cool" in my opinion as the one that came loaded.

    I think it may have been a feature of google desktop or somthing.

    You need google sidebar then and not windows sidebar
