hey, can anybody help me? i’ve got inspiron 1420 and had to install XP professional SP 2.. vista sucks :) and from time to time i’m having this problem… when i start or restart OS and desktop comes up and everything is ready, few moments later OS crashes down and the blue screen shows up with this c000021a 0xc0000005 access violation.. or c0000138 something that dump of physical memory happened..and problem to locate vct3216.dll...so after few reboots it's always fine.. so at the moment mostly i use hibernation..because it's working correctly.. but sometimes i have to restart OS and sometimes it causes problem... thank you for help…it’s driving me crazy… (i’ve reinstalled and formatted and install XP several times because of that and it still comes up… and i’m loosing my energy :) ).. thanks
