    As some might remember I was having some video corruption issues, ad so it was sent in for repair, Dell recieved it today.

    How long does Dell usually take to fix a unit and send it back to the owner?

    Is there anyway to keep track of Dell's doing with my laptop? :confused:

    Probably about a week or two. I'd say it's probably less now that they've already received it. Of course, these things are never guaranteed; you might get unlucky and it might take forever...

    Sadly, I don't think there is. At least not in the same way you can keep track of a new order. Your best bet is probably to call 'em up once in a while? Not totally sure on this one, though.
