i bought an inspiron 1564 laptop two months back..my power button panel is a bit loose.. yesterday i removed the battery and found that the two screws that lies below the battery (near to the latch) are missing.. there was a sticker above these screw slots so it was not visible earlier...so i had to remove it to check the screws...does anyone has this issue ?? i called dell tech care but they are saying that for this i need to have complete cover ?? please advise me what to do ??
