    there is no opening for the ram in the back of this laptop it has a flat back i tryed unscrewing all the screws but could not get the back of how would i get it off for a ram upgrade?

    The dell manual mentions that the memory is located underneath the keyboard.

    Documentation

    Make sure to take proper precautions as damages done while upgrading is not supported by the warranty.
