I got a refurbished latitude in the states, and gave it to a friend in Israel. After 3 months, the screen stopped working. He contacted dell Israel, and they told him a ownership transfer has to be done. We sent in a email as requested, and now the service tag does not display the laptop details at all, apart of the model. Therfore, the israeli service is refusing to fix the laptop. What can I do??? did any of you experience anything similar?
