    internet options pop up

    ive recenty got a dell notepad..
    getting on grand with it,
    1 problem, when i go to
    tools - internet options - the pop up is to big.
    i mean i cant change the settings of internet options because i cant
    see the apply button. how can i make this pop up smaller?
    dont know if im in the right tread here?? can anyone help?

    while I don't think there is a way to make the dialog smaller, you can move the dialog with your keyboard to get to the apply button. With the dialog box selected, hit Alt+Space, the M for Move. Now you can move the window around with the arrow keys.
