    its really dumb that am asking about this... i have upgraded to creative x-fi on my dell.. then is this upgradation a hardware chip inside or its just simple a software for the default IDT audio on the machine...

    How do you download this? I did a clean install and it wasn't included on my driver disk.

    Download it from Dell.com. Go to the support section, select your model number, and go to doownloads.
