    and also what does it actually do??
    what is the max battery life of the xps 1730

    it'd probably be in handy for future games, especially because SLI does not work very well in the new dell laptop.

    Do you live in Australia? For an additional $250 card that will bring with it a slight improvement on games I don't play - I was thinking along the lines of "kiss-my-ass".
    Don't know about the battery life question - I heard around an hour and 10 minutes.

    I didn't get it, the reviews on this card say it actually reduces fps because it puts more objects on the screen. Also I think you would need the extreme processor to cancel out this affect.
