I ordered a m1330 replacement and am wondering if there's any way to check on things like, if it's in the build stage/shipping stage, and where it is if it's shipping...

Or do I have to call dell to find out?

    thanks

I don't think you can check status.

It took about 10 working days for me to get brand new replacement though.

You can ask for service tag to check components as soon as the replacement is shipped.

I asked them about checking the status and they didn't say much...the most they gave me was some dps number...
the rep then directed me to their support site and told me to enter in my order number/the other number for my first m1330...
Which made no sense since all that got me was the status of my current m1330...

    >_> I don't feel like calling dell again, I'll just wait for a package to arrive at my doorstep then =P
