    is there something wrong with shipping?

    :confused: Ok i finally got the email about the shipment of my i9300..
    but the problem is on dell`s order status page, the DeliveryEstimate is shown as Feb10th.which was today..
    But on the FedEx`s tracking system it shows 14thFeb as the delivery date..

    Is there a problem, should I call fedEx or Dell about it or not?

    The same with me here. I chatted with Dell and told them that I paid for overnight shipping that I should had recieve today Feb 10 when the order was shipped Feb 9. At FedEx track, it says that I will recieve my order on Feb 14th. Chat with Dell costumer service and really complain about your order not arriving Feb 10. They will give you a full shipping refund. I got my 85 dollars refund when I did that today. Dell said that i will get the order on monday feb13 or feb14. Hey, at least I got free shipping. Hope this helps.

    It seems that a lot of people are having a problem who pay for the overnight shipping. I ordered my system on 2-3-06 and got it right after noon today and I had the free 3-5 day shipping.

    I just talked to a FedEx rep, she was nice and apologized for the inconvience.. she said it supposed to be delvivered today and she cannot do anything for it right now but she also suggested that i should call the billing department of FedEx on Monday(they were closed at W/E) and tell them that they didnt meet their promises so they can refund it.. but i wanna call dell too or chat , but chatting system is too busy...
    lets see whats gonna happen next!

    You don't want to talk to FedEx about the refund you need to ask Dell. Make the Dell person call FedEx about the package while you're on the line and tell them you expect it to be taken care of. You should definately get a full refund on the shipping for your bad boy.

    i solved the problem finally..
    i chatted with a rep from dell and she gave me a $25 coupon for the future purchases since they havent charged me for shipping...If anyone has the same problem, just call or chat with a rep...
