    I'd stay away from it, it's got to be either a scam or stolen, either way you could be SOL from it. A $3000 laptop for $1200, gee, whats not right with that picture.

    It's probably stolen, has lojack on it and as soon as you get it and plug it in the police andd swat storm your house, kick your front door in, shoot teargas and flash bangs in your face, then drag you off to jail all bloody and beaten. Then they nail you for Grand Theft which is a felony, you probably live in another state so you get charged even worse for crossing state lines with it.

    And in 20 years when you finally get out of prison, it'll be well outdated anyhow, all just for trying to get a too good to be true deal.

    yea it must be a scam, Im going to email the guy with some questions just to see what he says, I will ask some specific questions on where it came from and so on.

    I can guarentee you it is just a scam. The address is real(though I'm sure it's fake as in not the store's addy), but he wasn't smart enough (or dumb enough?) to put a real phone number in there. There's also the fact that the only payment methods are money order or wire transfer which are the most used for scamming. And lastly it's hosted on a cheap cookie cutter shopping oriented webhost, another fairly good indication.
