Dell has just chargedme $16.09 to recycle my old Dell system, which is surprising to me because I don't have an old Dell system. I *do* have an old desktop, but it ain't going anywhere. I never agreed to this. Needless to say I'm fighting the charges. Is this typical of the way Dell does business?

Now they're saying I haven't been charged anything for this. Jeez.
