    just noticed few things weird about my new m1530

    the power button doesnt click when i press it, and I have to press down a little harder than the home button next to it. And my HD constantly running even when I'm not doing anything. anybody else have these issues?

    I think you're just looking for problems with your laptop.

    The HDD is going to run due to Vista, which isn't a problem, and the power button problem also isn't a problem.

    If you're unsatisfied, by all means, return the computer, but if you keep looking for issues, you're never going to be satisfied.

    well ok now I know the HD isnt having a problem, and the power button well seems strange to me. I'm NOT looking for problem, I'm just wondering if these issues are normal or not. I just got the laptop and I spent $1600 on it even after a $700 discount, of course I wanna make sure everything is working and its not like I have another M1530 to compare to. since you're NBR janitor, shouldn't you be a little helpful? you can just simply said the HD is normal because of vista, and the power button are like that.
