My palmrest (under left palm) looks bad and my left Ctrl key feels wierd, I still have a yr of normal warrenty and I'm wondering what should I tell DELL to get a replacement for palmrest/keyboard? (or if its possible at all?)

Could you clarify a bit more? Is it faded or similar?

Dell is not going to replace your palmrest because of normal wear and tear. If you touchpad "stops working" then they'll give you a new palmrest, or if some of your keys actually "don't work", then they'll give you a replacement keyboard; but you're not going to be able to get any replacement parts under a normal warranty with just normal wear on the system.
