yes, I am getting old. Why did they have to put the keys all the way on near the screen. My arms and shoulders ache straining all the time.
is the sager 5760 any better, naybe I will buy that as well.

Well, considering you have to have a touchpad on the computer, there is really no other place to put the keyboard. I'm sure the Sager isn't going to be much better. In fact, it may be worse for typing considering it has a full size numpad on it. That means the keys are usually smaller and some of them are harder to reach.

I must have fibromyalgia.

Elevating the keyboard helps me,
your best bet imo is just get a cheap external keyboard

look around computer store near you, they'll have a cheap USB keyboard there. Try www.directron.com they have a whole bunch of junk keyboard refurbish from dell with multimedia buttons and such.

No, I gotta agree with ucdoc here, the keyboard is way far away from the edge. They could just have shifted the keyboard/touchpad closer to the edge.
ucdoc, try elevating the keyboard, else get a (good) external ergonomic keyboard. They're not all that expensive ~$30-40. -
thanks for the tips, what about the kensington dock? any experience?
keyboard layout of 1705 tiring. I ache
