Dell repaired my laptop and it is back with me and is performing well.

Except the keyboard - they replaced the keyboard but the new one isn't satisfactory. Especially one H key which is making creaky sounds. It popped half way out once but I press-fit it again.

What should I do? Should I be sending the laptop back to DELL? or is the keyboard a user-replaceable unit so that DELL will just send me another one?
