    latitude x1 dock??

    why wud dell make such a nice, tiny lappy and not make a dock for it?? dumb as hell...er...dell!

    ur thoughts?? any alternatives available?

    USB dock. The fact that a dock is not available is not uncommon in a machine of that size.

    is that always true? i thought users of such small notebooks always had a need for docks when they are at work! personally, i use my laptop as my main system and fujitsu makes an awesome dock for my fujitsu laptop! I got so used to it! Its got DVI out too. Per an earlier review, the ones that do video by USB aren't too good.

    That's not always the case, but even companies like Fujitsu are just now offering a dock option in the P series after several years.
