Can you really call Dell and kicking the price down a bit?

 

are you a student? if you don't have any coupons it couldn't hurt to try.

 

imo, (and i'm from canada too) that is a very bad deal

check out the compal hel 80 (or s96j) at milestonepc.com

you can config a better computer (faster cpu and better gpu) for less then that

well I'm getting the I9400 w/ C2D T7200, 2GB RAM, SATA 160GB HD, Dell Wireless N, Geforce 7900gs & 17" Matte screen for 1849.99 before taxes (below 2k after taxes) canadian dollars.

So for me personally, it's not a good deal, sorry.

over here in Quebec. 1850 +tx = 1850 * 1.15 = 2127$ So that's over 2k

 

seems a little high for an 15". Try looking around.
