I had received a 25% off coupon on select dell laptops. So I was ordering the Inspiron 6400 from Canada site. I was paying for it using my td canada Visa card and one another card. So I entered my credit card info in payment information. In next screen it prompted me for "Visa Verification". On top of the screen dell mentioned that this is for users who have registered for visa verification if they have not then they can opt out of it using option below. But there was NO option below...no skin button or anything like that to skip the screen. I called Visa and registered for visa verification service, just because this screen didn't had option to skip this step. The visa verification rep told me that I will have to start my dell order process again from the beginning. So I went to dell home page and to MyCart to start the process again. But now the 25% off coupon has disappeared from my Coupons list though the laptop is still there in MyCart. With this coupon I was about to save around $430 on Inspiron 6400.
    Anyone else faced similar situation.

Yes I called them on phone. Will have to call again on Monday as the support representative for this type of issues is available only on regualar business day. I did sent email to dell but didn't received any acknowledgment. Sent one email to TD Canada bank also.
