lower your resolution

you may try using laptopvideo2go drivers or omega drivers, just google it and they have drivers for the 6800.

if you're running the laptop with everything dell threw in there then i suggest a clean format and reinstall. i had the same problem on my 6000 and after a fresh install, wiping out all the junk dell had put on there, my laptop is fast.

I have the exact same setup on my 9300, CS plays very well. I get around 100 fps on the stress test at 1280x800 widescreen all settings on high 4xAA 8xAF.
