Hey guys, i pushed some stupid button type thing on my laptop and now its sticking out, and when i try to push it in it opens a tiny slot, but i cant pull the tiny slot out. and when i try to push the button it, it doesnt stay in.

    I can post pics later.

The button is located on the left side of the laptop when its facing you. And it is closer to the front (towards you while facing it).

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.

take it out (the plastic card), push the button in all the way, then put in the card again.

thanks for the quick reply, i figured out that the slot is the expansion slot. when i tug on it lightly it doesnt want to come out. I will use more force and report back.

I'm sure there are some TV tuner cards that will fit into the PC card slot, and the Mogo bluetooth mouse will go in there as well, but other than that, you should have all the peripherals and stuff that you'll need.

I was also looking at the mogo Mouse - new one for the express cards looks awosme although....

I just ordered a XPS m1210 (hasn't arrived yet), but I think its a 34mm card slot, and the mogo mouse is a 54mm express card, meaning it won't fit....

I really like the idea, so I was wondering if anyone had a solution of some sort of USB to 54mm adapter or anything else of the sort??

    ROFL!

I wonder if every new laptop user do that.

I'm using mine with a Creative Audigy card... it's great! If you have use for it, that is.

If I'm not wrong, I think they released a mouse and an IP Phone that fits the expansion card slot. I mean, they aren't exactly expansion cards, but just a creative way to use up the space from it. :p
