Hello, I downloaded Rightmark CPu Clock Utility and when I check on the battery status it says...

    Design capacity 86580 mWh
    Fully Charged Capacity 63348 mWh

    What's wrong?

I have the XPS m1210 and I bought the 85Wh battery...
Why the batteru only shows 63Wh mWh fully charged capacity???

Is that why I get so worse times?? Whit all settings at minimun I do not pass over 4 hours.. with nVidia GeForce

How old is the battery? They do lose capacity over time.

Yeah I know, it is 4 months old but I rarely use it..

It must have no more than 10 or 15 charge cycles...

But I've never gotten more than 4 hours...
