I rarely use BT but when I go to turn it on from the tray, it never turns on. even from control pannel, I cant turn it on.. It will only turn on if I reboot the computer and one of the first things I do is turn on BT. Then it works.

Any ideas of the problem here?

Have you tried FN+F2? Normally this will turn the BT and wifi radios off and back on.

yes its enabled, because it works when I reboot the computer, and then immediately turn it on from the BT tray.
