Hi, thinking about buying another m1210 for my wife. Will the integrated card support running the notebook lcd and an external monitor at the same time?

Also, with a 9 cell battery and integrated graphics how much longer would you expect the battery to last vs having a dedicated card?

Yes. There is no correlation between integrated and dedicated graphics dictating the ability for a notebook to output the screen, provided that you have the video out (VGA) port. I haven't seen a notebook in my life that doesn't have this.

On the subject of battery life, you might ask around the forums...there might be specs on this that people have posted. It is an interesting question, but its hard to control for in tests. Maybe people have used benchmarking tools....?
