    m1210 media direct button problem

    i have had this notebook for a few months but never used this feature,when i press the media direct button nothing happens,called support and they told me that a dvd player should pop up,so they had me install it from the dell site/applications and it didnt do anything,any ideas on what i can do to get this working. thanks

    My friend had a similar issue, but his Media Center Button had actually come off w/o him knowing.

    quick set is installed but i have not used yet until i know what it does,is this the problem and is there a fix for this.
