has anyone gone from the 1gb up to 2gb or larger after taking delivery of their m1210?

Where did you go, and how much did you spend?

Was the original two 512 memory sticks worth anything in reselling?

    Check newegg.com

I got 2x1GB sticks for 160 something bucks. I have an e1505 but they're based on the same chipset so you shouldn't have any problems. I tried to sell my 2x512 MB sticks but there wasn't much interest.

newegg has reviews if you look; should be a link under each listing. maybe not as many as you'd like, but they are there.
