Howdy, replaced my motherboard recently (with arctic silver) and all was well for about 3 weeks. This week the screen has some unusual patterns particulary with blue colors. Everything is displayed but there are color aberrations and some fine flickering and shadowing.

The bios screen looks OK. External output is OK. Ran the dell diagnostics and it says video card is OK.

    Suggestions?

Also, the refresh rate is set at 60. Tried fooling with the nVidia card adjustments to no avail.

I have an idea......give people a chance to reply (and by that I mean a day or two). Most people don't check the forums every 10 minutes for new posts therefore you aren't going to get instantaneous replies.

Make sure the monitor cable is plugged back into the motherboard properly. Perhaps it's loose and not making a solid connection.
