i decided to try the mediacenter, so i pressed the house key, and it booted up the mediadirect. However, it couldnt access my harddrive cuz bitlocker was on, so it shut off.

So i tried to boot up the system, (pressing the bootup power key) but it boots up media direct. I cant access windows as it keeps on booting up media direct.

    Anyone know whats up?

EDIT: Wow..... this is strange.... the features of the button switched.... the power button boots up media direct, and the "house" icon media button starts windows.....

    any ideas?

Mediadirect is such a useless feature....

You're better off just hibernating and going into Windows Vista (takes almost same amount of time to come out of hibernation...)

Wipe your harddrives and start off with fresh clean partitions (no NON-DOS, and no MEDIADIRECT partitions)

I for one like Media Direct, especially bc it works so nicely with my IR remote
