    m1330 XPS/dell logo

    is the "Dell" and the "XPS" logo on the m1330 engraved onto the laptop cover or is it a sticker? I heard somewhere that its a sticker that would fall off easily which blows.

    But then again, it would look sweet without the logo if it didnt leave residue or contrast difference when the sticker is off.

    It's a sticker, but the base is engraved. So if the sticker falls off, you would still be able to see the Logo. I have some pics w/o the "S" of the XPS. Just wait till I finish uploading the pics...

    It's not a sticker, it's more of a faceplate. Not sure if its glued on or snapped on though, previous Dell notebook faceplates were either those.

    The Dell is a faceplate. The XPS is a sticker.
