    m1330 bright green and lines in the display!!

    Hi everyone! This is my first post, and I need serious help.

    I just got my m1330 hour ago, and the graphic display for the computer is really messed up. It looks like it only has 32 color, and I see tons of lines jumping around. The while color sometime shows up to be light green.

    The dell xps technician helped me over the phone for an hour, but she still couldn't figure out the problem.

    I really dont know what to do, have any of you guys faced the same issue before? do you guys think i should reformat my computer and everything will be ok?

    Call in and request a replacement system be sent. They will send you a new system as you have 30 days for this.
