    m1330 hd physical dimensions

    Heya gang

    I was hoping somebody with an m1330 could help me please. I've had no luck in finding out from the DELL doco what physical size hard drives the DELL m1330 laptop takes? Is it 1.8 or 2.5" form factor?

    I'm hoping to replace the standard hd with a larger capacity 7200rpm as soon as it's delivered.

    It has to be a 2.5" drive. 1.8" drives only go up to either 60 or 80GB, but Dell offers the M1330 with much higher capacities.

    Actually, I believe you can get up to 160GB with 1.8"

    And yes, the M1330 I believe will accept up to a 2.5" 9.5mm drive.

    of course you can get a 160gb 1.8" hdd. Have you seen apples ipods lately?
