    i've only been using this a few days now, however, i just noticed the comma key, i have to slam down on it to get it to work..

    any suggestions? the other keys work fine :/

    maybe the plastic i just stiff. Try working it in.

    If you have a flathead screwdriver, you can slide it underneath the key to try to dislodge anything that might be stuck under it. You may need to hold down the adjacent keys to get it in there. You can even remove the keyboard entirely if you want (instructions are in Dell's service manual)... that really lets you clean it out well. If that doesn't work, you could call Dell and ask them to replace the keyboard.
