    m1330 loose battery?

    Hi.

    My m1330's 6-cell battery is slightly loose. I first noticed this when I picked up the laptop by the rear of the machine and felt a little play between the battery and the machine itself. Have removed and re-inserted the battery but to no avail.

    Is this normal?

    i think it is.........my friend has a 1330 with stick out 9 cell and it shows the same prob.....also i remember to have read some posts also about it......as long as it doesnt distract u consider it normal

    I always pick up a laptop from the hinge side so it distracts me, I'm afraid. Will see if Dell can send me a replacement battery - that might do the trick.
