    Well, I have the same problem dude. Its just lagg for no reason, thats why I'm trying to Re-install my Vista.

    yep, I've reinstalled vista, and the issue is both with Vista and Ubuntu, so I don't see any way to fix it (besides hoping for new drivers) unless it is a hardware problem rather than a software one. I am hesitant to use rivatuner to force the gpu to run at full clock all the time due to potential heat and battery life problems that may result..
