    m1330 package from US dell outlet

    Received my m1330 from US dell outlet two days ago (it is a refurbished one).

    I just noticed that new m1330 package actually includes a nice laptop sleeve and a pair of earphones, which I did not find in my package.

    Does anyone order m1330 recently from US dell outlet? Do you receive these accessories?

    Yeah those accessories are included with every XPS. Did you get the leather binder with users manual as well?

    yes, I did receive the leather binder. it is not useful at all, i think.

    so maybe i should contact dell to ask what's up?

    I got mine last week and no sleeve nor earbuds neither. I did get the leather XPS manual binder. If you notice though, the sleeve and earbuds aren't listed in the item descriptions. They also weren't listed on my invoice bill of materials. I just don't think they include them w/ the refurbs from the outlet. I don't care about the buds, but the sleeve woulda been nice to have.

    Just got mine today.....same no sleeve or ear buds...but did get the leather binder...I like it actually...

    No sleeve or headphones on my refurb. I also did not get the CR2016 battery with the media remote... thought that was strange. I called Dell to see if any of those should be included, and they said that the sleeve and headphones must be part of a promotion, and that there was no mention of a battery for the remote anywhere in their system, so we have to supply our own! Huh? I can understand not including something everyone has around the house like AA batteries... but who has those round flat batteries lying around?

    As I mentioned earlier, I don't have sleeve and earbuds in my package. but the media remote I got is practically new and the battery is taped well in the plastic bag.
    Although it is not a big deal, I still think dell should check these "small" things more carefully.

    Wow, you guys didn't get the sleeve or headphones?

    I ordered my Dell XPS M1330 on 10/31 of last year from the Dell Outlet as a Scratch & Dent (repaired though now, looks good as new)...

    I got the Dell XPS laptop sleeve & the Creative noise isolating headphones as well. The headphones are excellent, really really good sound even with their light weight.

    I didn't get the leather CD binder though, I don't know the reason why I got two of the items but not the leather Cd binder.

    Promotion? are you kidding me? They might have only done this when the M1330 was a new laptop back in the summer. I still think they should ship these items with their outlet laptops as well.

    I got the remote, sleeve, leather binder, and headphones. Ordered from outlet late march. Only the remote appeared on the specifications list though.
