    m1330 speakers dont work!

    just reloaded vista fresh..everything works but the speakers! i can change the volume through vista and the actual controlls, i can listen to stuff via the media direct but theres no sound in vista!

    If you can listen with Media Direct, your speakers are fine.
    Make sure your Windows sounds aren't muted.
    Check your sound card drivers.

    Check your sound options to make sure that there's an output to your speakers. Go to "playback devices", and check to see if there's any green activity on the meter to seeif there's any output. There are also updated audio drivers on the dell website under support. Check it out. But if your speakers work in media direct, then it's some little software thing, not major.
