This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Hi guys,

    I haven't found a thread about this so I hope this isn't a repeat. But I'm getting a problem where the startup stalls due to 'Setting up Personalized Settings For: comsysapp.pif' window. I know how to deal with it but it keeps popping up each time i restart. How do I go about solving this once and for all?
