i got my 1330 a few days back with a t7300 and the machine has some deffects
now prices have gone down on the 7500 and im sure ill have np persuading them to give me the faster chip for the inconvenience, i just want to be sure it wont get hot! hehe

I don't own the M1330 or a T7500, but let common sense play out here...
The higher the clock frequency of a chip A. THE MORE HEAT IT PRODUCES and B. the more battery power it consumes...
So, I'd look at how the T7300 runs temp wise and then estimate that they difference in clock speed would lead to an almost equal difference in temp (percentage wise). That is only an estimate, but should make sense... -
I've got the m1330 with the T7500 and I don't find it gets "Hot". Warm yes, but not hot.

yes I also have the T7500,and its all good,,

Intels T7X00 processor have the same TDP, and produce the same heat. That means, that if a T7300 temperatures are 60 C on load, the T7500 will be around the same.
m1330 t7500 hot?
