before i go ahead and order my m1530, i'm still deciding between the 1680 and the 1920 screen. i do alot of photography and coding work so the 1920 is definitely a plus for that part. however, i do play alot of games and i know the 8600gt wont handle games at 1920x1200.

does playing games at non-native resolutions (say, 1280x800) look fuzzy? also, has anyone tried playing crysis on a m1530 with reasonable frame rates? :D

I would go with the WSXGA for several reasons.

    1) At this time WUXGA screens are not very good right now they are quite dim

2)It makes the text very very small and hard to read

3)with the 8600 you won't be able to play any new games at native res unless you turn everything to low

4)Non native res gaming looks fuzzy

I was playing Crysis on my 1680x1050 at 1400x900 and it looked fantastic....

the 8600 gt and forceware drivers do a good job with pixel scaling
