Does anyone know what temperature(s) are cause for concern regarding the CPU and GPU?

CPU at idle should, ideally be below 50 C and GPU below 60 C

    What are your temp readings?

Just browsing the internet (the fan just turned off btw) the core temps are around 47 C and the GPU temps are around 59 C.

But now with the fan being off for a while the CPU is at 60 C and the GPU is at 70 C, but the fan just kicked on.

Do you know at what temps I should really be worried about damaging internal components?

I wouldn't get too worried about those temps. CPU shouldn't go above 80 C and GPU can go up slightly higher than that without damage.
