Hi, i installed 64 bit vista on my m1530 and then reinstalled 32 bit today. My microphones do not work though even though they did before I installed 64 bit. Can someone tell me what i need to do to get them to work?

How did you test the microphone, is it through the Windows Vista utility?

Have you gone to Control Panel>Sound>Recording to see if there is the device called "Microphone Array" and if the green checkmark is beside the icon?

I don't think you're using the correct driver then, since it's not even detecting it.
