    Doe anyones m1530 have its remote sticking out slightly when its in the holder in the laptop? mine sticks out slighty. its not flush with the case. Is this abnormal?

    If it is, its just another reason to get a replacement :(

    Mines is like that too. Seems normal since you do need to push it in slightly to remove it.

    Not a reason to get a replacement at all. It sticks outlike 2 1/5 millimeters.

    lol yes u get a media remote. And no, its not a reason to return it, but it would be nice if it was flush against the side. Plus im getting a replacement anyways, i have a grainy samsung screen and my keyboard is flexing bad

    but besides those problems, this laptop is awesome!

    cpu != laptop

    sticking a remote in your cpu is not advised :p

    I concur - the remote must stick out a little bit so that you can readily remove it. If it were flush like the dummy insert, then it would be a pain to remove (much like the dummy insert).

    I'll never use the included remote. I love that I can use my cell phone as a bluetooth remote for the laptop. Works soooo much better than that crappy RF remote.
