    Hi,

I recently bought myself an m1530 in Japan with vista home premium on. Now, I got a hold of Vista ultimate, so I installed that on my laptop. So far so good, everything works perfectly, except for the memory card reader in the front. If I put in an SD card, nothing happens. I hear a little windows "ping", the one you hear everytime you plug in something. But I can't acces my SD card...

I installed the driver from the Dell CD for that ricoh thing, didn't help. I downloaded the latest version from the dell site. No change... http://support.us.dell.com/support/...eid=R166188&formatcnt=1&libid=0&fileid=224384

In my device manager I always get that yellow exclamation mark...

The check for solutions etc doesn't work offcourse, neither does the update driver button in the other tab.

Anyone an idea how to solve this problem?

    thx in advance :)

(amazing machine btw, even though I have the 1200x800 screen. Best thing I bought in the last 5y (before that, it was my trusty travelmate 800) ;) )
