i've currently been on hold for 30 minutes now, after i was told the estimated waiting time was 10 minutes.. IM SO MAD!!! AHHHH all im trying to do is cancel an accessory I ordered with my notebook.. come on dell, get with the flippin program!!! sorry rant!!!

Ummmm, so maybe the line is a little longer...
It's only a computer system that estimates your wait time and could be (usually is) wrong -

Well, as to the OP:
If you were getting transfered 10 times and waiting each time, or on hold for 2 hours with a 10 min estimate...then I'd be mad -

Actually the phone message states we are experiencing higher then normal call volumes your wait may exceed 10 minutes... Doesn't really average it. Just states longer then 10 minutes.
