    media player 11 lag just before changing song in playlist

    I have an XPS lap m1710 with newly installed Vista. I play my mp3 with WMP 11 and I notice there is a freeze just before changing for the next song. The Cpu usage spike at that moment. It always happening like 10 sec. before the end of the song with another song in the queue.

    Under XP I don't recall having that bug.

    WMP 11 is known to have bugs with vista

    don't know but I seem to not have this issue with my HTPC also loaded with Vista. Songs just play fine.

    I have this issue too, i thought it could be my hardware but i have fairly decent specs...

    3.5GB Usable RAM
    2.6GHz core 2 due

    whats wrong !!! :/
