    microphone volume is very very low

    hi i have very low volume on microphone i have increased all the controls to high ie. volume level and mic. boost but even i speak very louldly i still can't hear myself clearly i have dell inspiron 6400 with windows vista and i am using uocam webcam.
    can you pl. give me some advice to solve this problem
