    will dell have montevina in thier xps 1330 & 1530 ? along with a better video card?

    Technically, probably not, because they will probably use new model names when Montevina is ready. They usually have a different model number each time the motherboard needs significant changes. But the new models may look a lot like the old ones... or maybe they'll make other design changes too, who knows.

    Who knows, but I personally doubt that they'll change the video card until nVidia comes out with their next gen (9000 series I guess) or some sort of significantly changed cards. There's just a limit to what they can put in the chassis due to size, heat, and power consumption constraints.

    Just look how the Insprion 6000 series turned out. They look exactly the same when they had Carmel and Sonoma as they do now with Napa. They just changed the model names. i.e. Napa = Inspiron 6400.

    Very plausible.
